80th Birthday Card

One of my aunt's recently celebrated her 80th birthday, so I made this card especially for her.

Some of the patterned papers I found in my stash and do not know what company they are from.  However, the journaling card, flowers and chipboard are from Recollections.  Once again, I used the pretty Catalina Wreath from Memory Box (love it!).  The gold number stickers are from Making Memories.  Foam tape gives a bit of dimension between the layers, and a sheer gold bow adds a finishing touch.

Today is an absolutely beautiful day after several days in the 90s.  Another heat wave is expected in a few days, so I am enjoying this respite while it lasts.  I hope everything is going well for you.  Thanks so much for taking the time to stop by and the sweet comments you leave.  Enjoy the rest of the weekend!

  1. Wow! Gorgeous card Patty! Love the fancy die cut wreath and all the beautiful blossoms!

  2. I must have that wreath die cut - I love it! I'm sure your Aunt will love the thoughtfulness that went into making her card. Such pretty colors!

  3. So beautiful! Love the die cut wreath and pretty flowers! Wonderful way of incorporating the number 80, too! Your Aunt will love this card!

  4. Oh, I bet your aunt loved this, Patty! How pretty! I love the color combo. And that white die cut floral wreath is fabulous. Love it paired with the other flowers and the pretty gold bow. And what a fun touch to personalize this with the gold number stickers!

  5. Well Happy 80th to your aunt and what a fun design Patty.
