Recently, a sweet friend I met through blogging, Audrey Pettit (Happy Birthday again, Audrey!), celebrated her birthday. This card was made especially for her. The papers are from Pink Paislee. The flowers, bird charm and cage are from Recollections. The doily is from Wilton, and the flash card is from Melissa Frances. A bit of yellow and white baker's twine was wrapped around the card a couple of times to form a bow.
Winter is making a good try at giving us a taste of things to come today. It is very blustery and cold. No snow expected but I am hoping to see some soon. I've been starting to get things ready for our Thanksgiving feast this week. It is a bit of work but I love it. I am in my element this time of the year!
