30th Birthday Card

Hi there, everyone!  We are enjoying some beautiful fall weather here.  I had a chance to spend some time in Amish Country the other day--picked up some farm fresh produce, pumpkins and a mum.

My card today was made for a co-worker's recent 30th birthday.  On a white cardstock base, I inked and layered various papers from Prima's Butterfly collection.  The precut doily is from Martha Stewart.  The glittered rose is Prima and the other flowers and leaves are Recollections.  The chipboard flower and butterfly are part of the paper collection.  A twine bow and tag with gold sticker from Making Memories were tucked into the flower cluster.  The rhinestones were in my stash.

The card came together very quickly.  It usually takes me over three hours to make a card--sometimes even working on it the following day.

Well, it's early enough here that most of the day is still ahead of me so I intend to go out and enjoy this beautiful weather.  Thank you so much for stopping by.  I always appreciate the kind comments you leave.  Have a wonderful week!
