To finish out the month of February which is always associated with love, I have one more Valentine card to share. Papers from Recollections and diecuts from K&Co were used for the card.
This card came together really quickly and easily. I love the bauble center from K&Co on the large flower. The heart doily is from Wilton, I think.
Next up is a tag made with Graphic 45's Sweet Sentiments line. A lot of fussy cutting was done here. I also used up a lot of scrap pieces I had from a previous card I made. I started with a piece of polka dot paper which was adhered to a premade tag from Ranger. The frame was then pieced together from another sheet of paper. I inserted a strip of lace ribbon into the frame for some texture. The banner was bowed up a bit for dimension. The sweet cherub was attached with foam dots. A piece of white twine was tied into a bow on a Graphic 45 chipboard button which was then attached to the white flowers that I believe are from Prima. A tiny rose was placed on the center of the bow.
A piece of tea-stained twill from my dear blogging friend Melissa Phillips was tied to the top of the tag. I used some Stickles here and there for some sparkle. If you click on each photo, you can see the details a bit better.
That's it for me today. I hope everyone is having an enjoyable weekend. We've had a bit of a warmup here the past couple of days, but it is back to the cold tomorrow. Thanks for stopping by and thank you for your sweet comments. Wishing you all a wonderful week!
