In the meantime, I am so grateful for my crafting hobby. I've been making a lot of cards and will share three with you today.
The first two are made with dies from Ink to Paper as well as coloring with Papertrey Inks. I love this bouquet die.
The pretty die behind the flower bouquet on the second card is from Spellbinders. I did use some gems from Queen & Co as well as Pretty Pink Posh for accents.
My next card was made for my Dad for Father's Day using everything from Tim Holtz. Tim's products are my favorite to use on masculine cards as I have a difficult time coming up with ideas for them. His many products make it easy to put something together. Of course, the products are versatile for any occasion. In fact, I am working on a Christmas card using his new feathered friends and wreath dies.
Activity on this blog has decreased but I have not been posting much either. I am so happy, though, when I see someone has stopped by to leave a comment. Thank you for taking the time to do so. I wish everyone good health and happiness. Stay safe!
Delightful cards, Patty - especially those floral ones. I just love the delicate colouring you've done on the petals, with that fade to white at the edges - it's so pretty.
ReplyDeleteGlad to hear you are still enjoying your crafting time despite everything that's going on. Like you, we are still staying very much away from the outside world as far as is possible.
Stay safe, stay well, hugs,
Alison xx

ReplyDeleteHi Patty.. so good to see you are creating a little bit with your cards.. they are beautiful.. so pretty... I hope life is ok for you and you are keeping well.. things over here are o k.. life continues to be busy and the weeks go by pretty quickly.. take care of yourself...
ReplyDeleteThese first two are so pretty, Patty! You have a wonderful sense and knack for color. Your Dad is so lucky to get such a great card from you for Father's Day, and you are lucky to have a Dad who is still around. The wood grain goes great with those deer. I'm wondering if your Dad was a hunter? My stepbrother would go out west every year to hunt, and while I don't think I could ever shoot an animal, the idea of being out in the wild I find pretty exciting. I'm so happy I have the time to visit your blog today and catch up with all the wonderful makes you have been working on. More to see...
